- trigger Delegated by orchestrator
- ai Payment agent loop · GPT-5-mini
- action Create payment intent
Idempotency key issued so a retried turn can never charge twice.
- delay Await provider webhook
Not yet wired — the remaining work before go-live.
- condition Confirmed?
- action Write to ledger
Double-entry. Built and independently verified.
- output Fail closed
No ledger entry is ever written on an unconfirmed payment.
- note Mid-build — not live
The money-moving core is done; provider webhook, dashboard UI and live QA remain.
The problem
An agent that can move money is the one place where a hallucination is not an inconvenience. It has to be impossible to double-charge, and impossible to record a payment that did not happen.
How it works
Collects payment inside the conversation. In active development — the ledger and safety core are done and verified; the provider webhook, dashboard UI and live QA remain.
The outcome
The hardest layer shipped first: the ledger and its safety guarantees are built and independently verified before anything customer-facing was wired up. Deliberately not live until the remaining pieces pass QA.
